Marcula is the Aqua Teens' landlord and owner of the Aqua Teen house. He is a vampire-like creature who can turn into a bat and somewhat needs blood. He's currently charging $20,000 a month for house rent because the cost of blood is going too high. He doesn't want to fix a gas leak in the house, so he hires military spiders to cocoon the Aqua Teens in a cave in the Mojave Desert, because that's what he does to a-holes.
In the episode Couple Skate, he is shot with garlic champagne by Carl and is killed.
