A dog made by Carl in the episode Hand Banana. According to Carl, he was created from "those hairs from under the soles of my feet". At the end, he and Hand Banana rape Carl. Carl wanted to call him The Enforcer, but instead wanted the name Spaghetti for unknown reasons.
